The resulting report is a comprehensive series of forecasts of the impact of enetically modified seed traits on: (1) seed acres by trait ; and (2) chemical use by seed type and total crop. Forecasts include all seed type acres for soybeans, corn, and cotton, and all active ingredient use by chemical, including soybean herbicides and corn and cotton herbicides and insecticides. The forecasts include as many as 28 seed types and 122 active ingredient chemicals covering base acres, acre-treatments, active ingredient volume, and growerlevel dollars.
