Summary

At the request of the government of Morocco a team of four American scientists funded by the AID (United states Agency for International Development) prepared a weather modification assessment for the kingdom of Morocco . On the basis of extensive review of technical information and field visits, the team has concluded that sufficient potential exists for augmentation of water supplies through a scientifically based program of weather modification, to justify its expanded use as a cost-effective water resource management technique.
